Crane Equipment & Service, Inc. has the technical knowledge and a dedicated hoist rebuild facility to evaluate and rebuild your hoist to meet your needs.
Our process includes:
- Disassemble and evaluate your hoist components including gearing, drums, sheaves, wire rope or chain and brakes.
- Prepare a detailed quotation for the customer to review and make a decision on repairing or replacing the hoist and trolley.
- Order OEM parts to repair the hoist.
- Reassemble and test the hoist at our facility.
Other options include:
- Changing the gearbox oil
- Upgrading the control system
